Anthony Jablonski joined Redford Township in 2022 as the Economic Development Director. In this role, Anthony focuses on supporting commercial, industrial and new residential projects within the Township. That includes new developments and expansion processes, alongside efforts for attraction and retention of business.
Anthony came to Redford for the opportunity to join a dynamic, historic and progressive community. Previously, he’s worked in corporate real estate and management. That work included site selection, market strategy, site acquisition, lease negotiation and purchase and sale documentation. Through his past work, he’s gained experience in organizational management, budgeting, property management and property disposition.
The Economic Development department helps new businesses navigate the Township’s development process and to identify potential resources that are available to increase project feasibility.
As Director, Anthony also serves as the Township’s liaison to the Downtown Development Authority (DDA), and the Redford Charter Township Chamber of Commerce. He also serves as a liaison between the business community and Redford Township by providing guidance and support to existing businesses and communicating Township goals for the future.
